She brings over 5 years of diverse clinical experience, beginning her healthcare career as a general physician in the Dominican Republic, where she cared for patients for three years before continuing her journey in the United States. After transitioning into nursing, Ranceila gained hands-on experience as a Registered Nurse before advancing her training as a Family Nurse Practitioner, giving her a uniquely well-rounded perspective in primary care.
